While speaking as the Chief Guest, Mr. Tapan Kanti Ghosh said that, ‘The population of Bangladesh is 170 million. In many countries of the world, development is hindered by the lack of people. Actually man is the source of all energy. Therefore, a country can progress only if people can be developed and made functional. In the countries of the world, the people of Bangladesh do the most difficult work but earn less. I am very happy that ISPAB is upskilling the staff through training. 2700 members of this organization are therefore a huge force. If you work like this without looking at anyone, we will help you as much as possible’.

Emdadul Hoque, while speaking as the president, said that about 90 Gbps traffic is now going through ISPAB Nix. He said, hopefully, in the next six months, we will become the top local Nix in the country. We want our cache servers to be on these Nix. Then national security will be intact. As a result, the country's money will remain inside the country. New employment will be created. We seek the help of Ministry of Commerce to set up Nix in Chittagong, Khulna and other divisions as well.
